Why can't I access my Hospitable account?

What it's for and what it does.

Minimum Nights Stay Sync is a sub-feature of Sync.

Minimum Nights Stay Sync only applies to properties where VRBO is the lead listing. It does not apply to the other properties within a parent-child relationship.

Hospitable acts as the "source of truth" for your calendar where Airbnb or Booking.com are the lead listing, ensuring that the rules and updates you set in the Hospitable calendar override any conflicting data on your lead listing. For instance, if you configure a 3-night minimum stay in Hospitable, this setting will automatically be pushed to all listings on the property, maintaining consistent rules across all platforms.

Enabling Minimum Nights Stay Sync also allows the following to happen:

  • When you merge a VRBO listing into a property, the main calendar data on Hospitable will be immediately pushed to the newly added VRBO listing's calendar.

  • If an update from Hospitable to your VRBO calendar fails, we will continue retrying until they accept the change.

Enable Minimum Nights Stay Sync

Go to Settings > Preferences > Sync > Toggle Minimum Nights Stay Sync on > Save changes

Best Practices for Configuring Minimum Stay Settings

  • Use Hospitable as Your Calendar Manager: Enable minimum night stay sync to ensure updates propagate correctly to VRBO.

  • Regularly Monitor Settings: Periodically verify that VRBO reflects the rules you've set in Hospitable to avoid discrepancies.

Limitations

We cannot push calendar updates (including Reservation Sync) to your listings/channels with restricted calendars. However, if this is your lead listing, we will still be able to pull in data. You can read more about these restrictions here
