How to add a reservation manually

You can manually add reservations into! You may wish to do this if you have a friend staying at the property or you receive a booking through a platform that isn't integrated into but you still wish to automate messages to that guest and organize your operations team for that reservation.

You can add manual reservation by clicking on +Add Booking on the top right of your Inbox or Calendar.

If you wish for this guest to receive your automated messages be sure to:

  • Enter your guests email address correctly when creating the reservation

  • Check that manual is selected in the platform scope section of any messaging rules you want to send
