How often an iCal feed updates is dependent on the service you use and the rolling iCal update by Hospitable. Although the iCal is updated from Hospitable once every 40 minutes, you may see delays with your iCal feed.
If needed, you can learn how to add an iCal feed to your calendar here.
Apple Calendar
You can change your calendar's fetch frequency so it refreshes more quickly.
On your phone or iPad, open the Settings app.
Tap Calendar.
Tap Accounts.
Select Fetch New Data.
At the bottom of the page, set your Fetch time to your desired frequency.
Find your iCal feed on your list of calendars. Tap it and set it to Fetch.
Your settings will be automatically saved.
Google Calendar
The timing cannot be changed automatically, but you can manually refresh your calendar feed in the app on your device. You can find the instructions for Android and iOS in their help article.
Other Calendar Providers
For other calendar providers, you can refer to their app's documentation to learn how to force a refresh on the feed.
Booking Platforms
If you use your property's iCal feed of reservations as a backup to Reservation Sync, the rate at which this is updated is dependent on the booking platforms. There can be a delay.
