What to do when your payment isn't successful

If your payment fails, you'll want to reach out to your bank to ensure any issues are cleared. You can also add a new payment method by following the steps here.

Payments may fail for numerous reasons. Common failure reasons we see from banks include:

  • Issuer-suspected fraud

  • Not enough balance

  • Expired card

  • Refused

Make sure you take action quickly to ensure that your account remains active.
