Airbnb Options on the Connected Accounts Page: Edit & Upgrade

On the Connected accounts page, you will find an Edit button to the right of each account. For Airbnb Accounts, when you click on this button, you see the following options:

Downgrade to Limited Connection

If you are currently on a PMS connection and would like to use Hospitable alongside another Property Management Software, you may be able to downgrade to a limited connection. This will immediately disable your calendar and syncs.

Before proceeding, please read and understand this article. To prevent your Airbnb channel from becoming disconnected, you must be logged into the Airbnb account you wish to downgrade before taking this action.

Upgrade

Located next to the Edit button only if you are currently on a limited connection, this allows you to upgrade to a PMS connection. Once completed, you'll be able to manage your calendars directly on Hospitable.

Update

Update allows you to re-authenticate the connection for the account by entering the credentials. This is useful if you just changed your password on the booking channel.

Re-sync

Re-sync will re-import the listings detected in the connected account. Our system automatically re-syncs every 2 hours, but if there have been changes in any of your listings and you want this reflected immediately in Properties, you will want to manually force the re-sync. This will not resync calendar data.

Notifications

Visible only when there are active Hosting notifications, the notification bell icon provides a list of financial, listing, or Host notifications directly from Airbnb. These notifications alert hosts about listing quality and compliance issues. Selecting a notification will redirect you to the relevant Airbnb page where you can make the necessary changes.
