There might come a time when you want to disconnect your Booking.com property or listing, such as if you no longer manage the properties on that account. Here is how!

Disconnect Booking.com from Hospitable

Booking.com integrates with Hospitable through a listing-level connection, not on an account-level as with Airbnb and VRBO. Therefore, you would need to delete Hospitable as the channel manager for an individual listing in order to remove the connection.

Here's how to do this:

  1. Login to the Booking.com Extranet

  2. Click on Account on the top-right of the page

  3. Select Connectivity Providers

  4. Click Disconnect

If you continue to see your Booking.com account listed on the Connected Accounts page after all listings are disconnected (i.e. it will show '0 listings' beside the account), you may contact our support team to have it removed.

Mute my Property on Booking.com

While your listing is connected to Hospitable, we will be considered the channel manager for that listing. If you want to mute the property on Booking.com, there are two ways of doing so:

  1. Disconnect your listing from Hospitable as described above and mute the listing on Booking.com.

  2. Mute the property on Hospitable. You can read more about how to mute a property here.

Note: If your Booking.com listing is merged with other listings (Airbnb and/or VRBO) on a property, then you will first need to remove the Booking.com listing from that property and then mute the new property this action creates. Here is how to do that:

    1. Go to Hospitable > Properties > Click on the property

    2. Click the three dots on the Booking.com listing, on the right-hand side

    3. Select ‘Remove from property’

    4. Go back to Hospitable > Properties

    5. Find the new Booking.com property there and select it

    6. Click ‘Mute property’
