Step 1
On Vrbo, verify you have 2FA (two-factor authentication) enabled.
You can set it up and/or confirm it’s enabled here:
Log in to your Vrbo account.
Select My Account.
Select Account Settings.
Under Security, locate Two-factor authentication.
Select Edit.
Enter a phone number, or edit an existing one by adding it as an additional number.
Select whether you’d like to receive your access code via text message or automated phone call on your verified device.
What is 2FA? Vrbo’s 2FA sends you an SMS or phone call with a code, which you will input into Hospitable.com when connecting.
Step 2
Connect your Vrbo account to Hospitable.
On Hospitable, go to Connected Accounts
Click on Connect with Vrbo
Enter your Vrbo account credentials
Click Connect
On the 2-factor authentication page, enter your phone number
Enter the verification code
Click Continue
Once the account has been verified, you'll see all of the listings that have been automatically imported into Hospitable. You will also see your Vrbo account listed under Connected Accounts.

Step 3
If your properties are listed on multiple platforms, you’ll want to merge your listings.
Step 4 (Optional)
Repeat Steps 1 - 3 to connect additional Vrbo accounts. You can connect as many different Vrbo accounts as you'd like.
Unlisted/Hidden/Paused Vrbo listings
When your listing on Vrbo is in one of the above states, we cannot communicate calendar information. Vrbo does not accept calendar updates from us in those states.
Using a PMS with Vrbo
While you can have a PMS connected to Vrbo alongside Hospitable, we will be unable to update your calendar. If you’d like to manage your calendar from Hospitable, ensure any tools you have previously used are completely disconnected!
