Do I need a Hospitable account to participate?
Yes. Log in with your Hospitable account to unlock full access to all categories, events, and learning resources.
Where can I talk to other hosts?
You can join discussions in the “Hospitable conversations” and “Industry conversations” categories, or participate in groups based on your location or hosting focus.
How do I get support in the Community?
You can ask questions publicly and receive help from hosts and the Hospitable team. For private or account-specific issues, contact Customer Support.
How do I earn $HOST tokens?
You earn tokens by participating in the Community. This includes posting helpful replies, providing useful feedback, and similar.
Where can I find tutorials, demos, or training materials?
All learning resources are available in Community in the main menu under “Learn and Grow”.
How do I stay informed about new features and changes?
The “Hospitable Changelog” category is the best place to follow what’s new and how to use it.
Can I promote my services in the Community?

What if I need private or account-specific assistance?
Community discussions are public. For anything sensitive or related to your account, contact customer support directly.
I’m new and on a trial. Is the Community useful for me?
Yes. The Onboarding corner is designed for new and trial users to learn how Hospitable works and get support from other hosts.
Is this Community different from Facebook groups or other hosting forums?
Yes. The Hospitable Hosts Community is the official space for hosts using Hospitable. It includes product updates, support from the team, verified answers, learning resources, and groups designed specifically for Hospitable workflows.
Can I use the Community to troubleshoot issues?
Yes. Many common questions already have answers from hosts and the Hospitable team. Search before posting. For private or account-specific issues, contact customer support.
Is it safe to share information in the Community?
Yes, as long as you avoid posting private or sensitive account details. The Community is partly public by design. For anything confidential, contact Customer Support instead.
Do not share guest information (name, email address, phone number etc.) in the Community.
What if I want to connect live with other hosts?
