Overview
The Operations Overview page gives you a snapshot of your unassigned tasks, as well as your task rules, teammates, and notification rules. You can also quickly open your Task Calendar from this page.
Task rules allow you to automate the creation and assignment of your tasks. Create new rules, and change their timing, content, and scoping from this page.
Add, view, and edit your teammates' information on this page.
While Task Rules create tasks, Notification Rules help ensure that your teammates know about them. Set up notifications for your teammates using SMS or emails.
Task Calendar
Toggle to your Task Calendar to view and make changes to your future tasks.
Log
View the Log to see your teammates' notifications. You can search by the reservation's Confirmation code to narrow results.
