Connecting your Hospitable account to Touch Stay syncs property and reservation data to automate the process of sending Touch Stay guidebooks to guests.
Get started on Hospitable:
Go to Apps
Click Touch Stay
Click Get Started to be redirected to Touch Stay where you'll sign up or sign in and connect your Hospitable account.
Or, initiate the connection on Touch Stay:
Log in to your account at hub.touchstay.com
Go to Integrations > Partners > and click 'Connect' under Hospitable
You will then be directed to log into your Hospitable account to link your Touch Stay account with Hospitable
Upon redirection to Touch Stay, you can continue your account setup.
Each time you receive a reservation via a listing connected to a Hospitable property, Touch Stay will create a reservation-specific guidebook link for that reservation. To automatically communicate the reservation-specific guidebook link to your guests, use the %guidebook% short code in your messaging rules. Learn more about short codes here.
