The “New special offer” event messaging rule is sent whenever you send a special offer to your guest on Airbnb. This rule is Airbnb-specific, and does not apply to other platforms.
Use this messaging rule to communicate the offer that you just sent to the guest to them. Make sure to not make the text too specific, so that it makes for a better “catch-all”.
Note: if you set the timing of this messaging rule to a “Delay”, and you manually reply to the guest before the message is scheduled to be sent, the message will be cancelled.
