The “On a given day of the week” messaging rule, as the name suggests, is sent out on a given day of the week during a guest’s stay.
Use this messaging rule to communicate things that happen with a fixed frequency, either at the property or in the neighbourhood/town/city.
This can be something like communicating when and how to take the bins out for collection or that a person comes to clean the pool every Saturday.
Timing
The messaging rule can be set to send out at the given day of the week, every week, or only the first weekday of the month.
It can also be set to exclude the message on days when the guest checks-in.
