Connect Hospitable with Linkbase for Guest verification, Guidebooks and Upsells

A step-by-step guide to connect your Hospitable and Linkbase accounts.

Hospitable hosts can get one month of Linkbase for FREE. To get started, simply book a call with the Linkbase team.

Connect your Hospitable account to Linkbase to protect your property and provide an excellent guest experience with their AI-driven upsells, guest verification, smart locks, lobby access, damage deposit collection, and a fully customizable, rules-based guest journey.

Get started on Hospitable:

  1. Go to Apps

  2. Click Linkbase

  3. Click Get Started to be redirected to Linkbase where you'll sign up or sign in and connect your Hospitable account.

Alternatively, initiate the connection from Linkbase:

  1. Log into Linkbase at https://admin.linkbase.ca/.

  2. Click on Settings.

  3. Click on PMS Integration, and select Hospitable from the list.

  4. Once you click on Hospitable, choose OAuth2 in Authentication type and hit connect.

  5. It will redirect you to Hospitable and prompt you to login. Enter your Hospitable Credentials.

  6. Once entered, You will now be redirected back to Linkbase as your Hospitable account is now fully synced with Linkbase.
