The integration between Hospitable and PriceLabs allows you to apply PriceLabs' dynamic pricing to all your connected listings, including Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and Hospitable Direct. A key benefit of this integration is that PriceLabs only charges you for each managed Hospitable property rather than billing separately for each listing.
Once connected, information flows from PriceLabs to Hospitable and then to your listing channels. Hospitable's calendar is your source of truth, meaning it will overwrite the calendar on your listing platforms.
Note: Hospitable cannot update your listing's calendar if it's limited. See more here.
Follow the steps below to integrate your Hospitable account with PriceLabs.
Prepare to Connect
(1) Merge Your Listings in Hospitable
If you have the same property listed on Airbnb, Vrbo, and/or Booking.com, you'll first need to merge them in Hospitable. If your listings are already merged, you can skip this step. Follow this guide to merge your listings.
⚠ Warning: If you merge listings after connecting to PriceLabs, this may delete the existing property ID in PriceLabs. If this happens, you can fix it by following these steps.
(2) Set Markup Rates in Hospitable (Optional)
You can set up markup rates to adjust pricing for each channel. This markup is added to the price generated by PriceLabs when it is pushed to your listings.
Example:
Markup: 0% for Airbnb and 20% for Vrbo
PriceLabs sends a price of $100 to Hospitable
Hospitable pushes $100 to Airbnb and $120 to Vrbo
Learn how to set markup rates here.
Connect

Go to Apps
Click on PriceLabs
Click Get Started to be redirected to PriceLabs
(2) Complete the Connection on PriceLabs
Log in to your PriceLabs account (Sign up if you don’t have an account)
From the Pricing Dashboard, click on Add/Reconnect Listing
Search for Hospitable and click Connect
You'll be redirected to Hospitable's login page—grant the necessary permissions
Once completed, you'll be redirected back to PriceLabs
Please reference PriceLabs' documentation for troubleshooting steps.
(3) Remove Existing PriceLabs Connections (If Applicable)
If you've previously connected PriceLabs directly to a booking platform (e.g., Airbnb or Vrbo), you must remove that connection.
✅ Tip: Before disconnecting, you can clone your settings in PriceLabs to retain pricing configurations.
Configure PriceLabs
Once connected, PriceLabs will retrieve your property list from Hospitable. You can then configure PriceLabs to manage pricing for your Hospitable listings.
When ready, PriceLabs will push rates and minimum night stay settings to Hospitable, which will then update on your listing platforms.
⚠ Important: Any manual changes to rates or minimum night stays in Hospitable’s calendar will be overridden by PriceLabs. All pricing updates must be made within PriceLabs.
For additional guidance, watch Seth's Meet Your Host Mentor video.
Lots of listings? Some hosts with a large number of listings may encounter rate limits enforced by Vrbo, causing a failure to pricing syncs. While Hospitable will retry failed pushes as long as your sub-sync setting is enabled, you can also increase the likelihood of these pushes being accepted by Vrbo by setting the time at which Pricelabs runs their daily sync. Check out more on this here.
