Step-by-step instructions to connect Hospitable.com with Beyond

Hospitable and Beyond's integration allows you to use their Dynamic Pricing product on all properties you have on Hospitable which can include Direct, VRBO, Airbnb, and Booking.com listings.

Note: If you have downgraded to the OPS scope with Airbnb, the prices set in Hospitable by Beyond cannot be synced to Airbnb.

Pre-connection checks

Complete these checks before connecting to Beyond, in order to avoid any issues.

On Hospitable: Merge your listings together

Make sure that the listings for the same property are merged in Hospitable. You can read this article to help you merge your properties together.

On Hospitable: Set your markup rates

We recommend that you set up your markup rates for each listing or platform. This markup will be added to the price generated by Beyond, when we push their rates to your listings. The markup will depend on your channel distribution strategy.

  • For example, if you define a markup of 10% for Airbnb, and 15% for VRBO, and Beyond pushes a price of $100 to Hospitable, Hospitable will push a price of $110 for Airbnb, and $115 for VRBO.

To create your markup rates:

  1. Click on Settings, and click on Preferences

  2. Click on Properties

  3. You can then enter your markup rate for each platform.

Note: The markup rate can be a negative, positive value or zero.

Once the above steps are completed, you are finally ready to connect to Beyond.

Initiate the connection from Beyond

Note: If you already have your Airbnb/Vrbo/Booking.com account connected to Beyond, you should remove this connection so that the prices are updated only through Hospitable. Otherwise, the price updates will overlap and conflict on your calendar.

  1. Sign up or sign in to Beyond.

  2. Click on Connect Hospitable Account.

  3. Select Link Account.

  4. You will be brought to the Hospitable login page.

  5. Click on Authorize Beyond Pricing.

  6. You will be brought back to your Beyond account.

With Hospitable, you will have access to adjust Minimum and Maximum Prices, Time Based Adjustments, Reservation Gap Adjustments, Minimum Stays and Gap Fillers directly in Beyond.

Any rates or minimum night stays manually changed on our calendar will be overridden by data pushed from Beyond, so all changes should be made in Beyond.
