My Hospitable Calendar is Limited

If you notice a message on your Hospitable calendar that This Calendar is limited, that means Hospitable is unable to make changes to your prices and availability on any of that property's connected channels.

A single source of truth

Connected channels like Airbnb like to have a single source of truth for the pricing and availability of a property. That could be the channel itself, or it could be property management software (PMS) connected to the channel. That connection is exclusive, meaning if you have a PMS other than Hospitable connected to a channel, Hospitable would be unable to make any changes to your calendar.

A read-only calendar

If your calendar is limited, Hospitable will still pull in the pricing and availability data from your lead listing, but we will not push that data to any connected channel. Your calendar will be in a read-only mode.

To make changes to your property's pricing and availability you will need to make changes wherever the source of truth lies, either on the channel itself, or whichever property management software that is connected to your property.

Impact on app integrations

If you have apps connected to Hospitable that need to make changes to pricing or availability, for example, dynamic pricing software, those apps will not work with a limited calendar.

Use Hospitable's calendar

If you prefer to use Hospitable's calendar to manage pricing and availability you will need to upgrade your channel from the connected accounts page. If your channel is connected to another PMS, you will need to first remove that connection before upgrading. See Remove any software from Airbnb.
