Reconnect a Disconnected Account
Although rare, your Airbnb account can become disconnected. This is typically due to a password change.
You can reconnect your Airbnb account following by following these steps:
Click on Connected accounts
Click on the Edit>Update button.
Follow the steps in the process, which may require you to enter your account credentials and follow two-factor authentication with the channel.
As soon as your account is reconnected, we will re-import listings, reservations, and conversations in their most recent state. We will also regenerate all scheduled messages for reservations that may have been secured while the account was disconnected.
Although this process may take some time, depending on your account, our product is immediately usable while your account data is being updated, from the most recent to the oldest conversations.
Disconnect Airbnb from my Hospitable account
You can disconnect in one of two places:
Disconnect from Hospitable
To disconnect Airbnb, go to Connected Accounts and click the Edit button on the account. Select Delete from the dropdown menu.
Once an account has been disconnected, we will immediately remove the relative listings from Hospitable, along with any information we hold on it and any related bookings.

If you want to remove any other connected software or services from your Airbnb account, including Hospitable:
Open Airbnb
Click on your Profile Picture
Click Account
Click Privacy & sharing
Toggle to Services
Below Hospitable, click Remove access
