If you use a third-party dynamic pricing tool — such as PriceLabs, Beyond, Wheelhouse, or DPGO — Hospitable acts as the bridge between your pricing tool and your booking channels (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and Direct). Your pricing tool sends updates to Hospitable, and Hospitable then pushes those updates to your connected channels.
This article explains how those updates flow, how quickly they reach your channels, what information Hospitable receives from your dynamic pricing tool, and — just as importantly — what it doesn't.
How Updates Flow From Your Pricing Tool to Your Channels
Updates from a connected third-party dynamic pricing tool reach your booking channels in two stages. Understanding which stage you're looking at is the key to troubleshooting any pricing or minimum-stay mismatch.
Stage 1 — From your dynamic pricing tool to Hospitable
Your dynamic pricing tool calculates nightly rates (and, in most cases, a minimum night stay) and sends them to Hospitable via API on its own sync schedule. Hospitable stores those values on the property's calendar.
If the rate or minimum night stay in Hospitable doesn't match what's in your pricing tool, the issue is in Stage 1 — between your pricing tool and Hospitable.
Stage 2 — From Hospitable to your booking channels
As soon as Hospitable receives an update from your pricing tool, we immediately push the new values to your connected channels (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and Direct), with any applicable markups applied on top of the price.
If the rate or minimum night stay matches in Hospitable but is wrong on the booking channel, the issue is in Stage 2 — between Hospitable and the channel.

How quickly are updates pushed?
Hospitable pushes updates to your channels immediately after we receive them from your pricing tool. The end-to-end timing depends almost entirely on your pricing tool's own sync schedule — not Hospitable.
For example, PriceLabs syncs to connected PMS partners roughly once every 24 hours by default. Other tools may sync more or less frequently — check your tool's documentation for its specific cadence.
Force a manual sync from your dynamic pricing tool
Most dynamic pricing tools let you trigger a manual push so you don't have to wait for the next scheduled sync.
PriceLabs: Open your property page in PriceLabs and click Sync Now. (PriceLabs help article)
Other tools (Beyond, Wheelhouse, DPGO, etc.): Look for a similar "Sync now", "Push now", or "Refresh" option inside the tool. Refer to that tool's own help center for the exact steps.
What Hospitable Receives From Your Dynamic Pricing Tool
When a third-party dynamic pricing tool is connected, Hospitable receives the following data on each sync:
Nightly rates — the recommended price for each date. This is then pushed to your connected channels with any listing-level markups applied on top.
Minimum night stay — the minimum length of stay the pricing tool recommends for each date (if your pricing tool supports and is configured to send it).
That's it. Nightly rate and minimum night stay are the only two values Hospitable accepts from a third-party dynamic pricing integration.
✅ If the rate or minimum night stay you see on Hospitable's calendar matches what's in your pricing tool, the data has been received successfully. From there, Hospitable will push it to your connected channels.
What Hospitable Does Not Receive From Your Dynamic Pricing Tool
Even if your dynamic pricing tool calculates or displays the following values, Hospitable does not receive them from the pricing tool. You need to set these directly in Hospitable instead:
Maximum night stay — Hospitable does not accept a max-stay value from third-party dynamic pricing tools. If you want to enforce a maximum length of stay, configure it in Hospitable (or in a calendar rule set).
Check-in / check-out (CICO) restrictions — Restrictions on which days of the week guests can check in or check out are not accepted from third-party pricing tools. Set these in your Hospitable property settings or rule set.
Availability / calendar blocks — Your pricing tool cannot block or unblock dates in Hospitable. Availability is managed by Hospitable based on your reservations, manual blocks, and connected channel calendars.
Discounts and promotions — Channel-specific discounts and promotions (for example, Airbnb weekly/monthly discounts or custom promotions) are not received from your pricing tool. Configure these on the channel or in Hospitable.
Fees — Cleaning fees, pet fees, extra guest fees, security deposits, and similar fees are not received from your pricing tool. Manage these in Hospitable.
Taxes — Tax settings are not received from your pricing tool. Manage them in Hospitable or on the channel as appropriate.
Currency — Your property currency is set in Hospitable and is not changed by the pricing tool.
Property attributes — Bedrooms, bathrooms, amenities, and other property details are not received from your pricing tool.
Manual Overrides and Sync Behaviour
If you manually change a price or minimum night stay in Hospitable's calendar while a third-party dynamic pricing tool is connected, your pricing tool will overwrite that manual change on its next sync — because the tool isn't aware that you changed the value in Hospitable.
To make a manual override stick:
Set the override directly in your pricing tool (most tools allow date-specific overrides), or
Set min/max price boundaries in your pricing tool so rates can't drop below or exceed a threshold.
Dynamic Pricing Tools Hospitable Syncs With
Hospitable currently supports direct API integrations with the following third-party dynamic pricing tools:
Beyond (formerly Beyond Pricing)
Each of these tools connects to Hospitable directly. From your pricing tool's side, make sure your listings are connected through Hospitable — not directly to Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com — to avoid conflicting updates.
ℹ️ In addition to the third-party integrations above, Hospitable offers its own built-in Dynamic Pricing feature. Hospitable Dynamic Pricing is configured directly inside Hospitable and does not require a separate third-party subscription. If you enable Hospitable's Dynamic Pricing on a property, updates from any connected third-party pricing tool are ignored for that property.
