Connect Hospitable to Happy Guest to Create Guidebooks and Other Automations

Happy Guest automates guest check-ins with contact info, ID collection, rental agreements, damage protection, upsells and guidebooks.

After your guests sign your rental agreement, they receive their guidebook packed with upsells, recommendations for local dining, exciting attractions, and more opportunities for reservation upgrades.

How to get onboarded

  1. Go to Apps.

  2. Click on Happy Guest.

  3. Click on Get Started.

  4. You will be redirected to www.happyguestofficial.com/hospitable where you can schedule your personal Hospitable demo.

  5. Once onboarded, they will deliver your fully set up account.

  6. Click on PMS Integration and then Connect to Hospitable.

  7. You will be redirected to the Hospitable login page where you will provide your credentials and Authorize the connection.

  8. You will be redirected back to Happy Guest. Proceed to the Manage Listings page.

  9. Click on Edit Listing, and then connect each listing to its Hospitable counterpart.

What Data is Transmitted:

Webhooks are used to sync data instantly.

  • Booking Data

  • Property Data

  • Custom fields pushed into Hospitable for survey and guidebook links

  • NOTE: If connecting a new listing through API connection, it will sync your existing reservations within 15 minutes. New reservations will be synced automatically.
