Connect Hospitable With Welcora To Automate Digital Guest Experiences

Welcora is a digital guest-experience platform that extends reservation data from Hospitable into a structured workflow for each stay. When connected, Welcora automatically syncs booking details such as guest information, stay dates, and reservation data, and uses them to generate a dedicated digital guest experience tied to that reservation. This can include customizable digital guidebooks, guest information collection, rule acknowledgements, and optional integrations such as smart-lock code generation.

The platform also supports configurable workflows such as digital waivers, conditional upsell offers (for example early check-in or late checkout), and self-serve property information designed to reduce routine guest inquiries. By using reservation data from Hospitable to trigger these processes automatically, Welcora provides a guest-experience layer that helps hosts organize communication, document guest acknowledgements, and streamline pre-arrival coordination.

Initiate the connection from Welcora

  1. Sign in to Welcora. If you don't have an account yet, click on Get Started on the homepage.

  2. On your dashboard, click on Integrations on the left-hand panel.

  3. Click on Add Integration beside Hospitable.

  4. Click on Enable.

  5. Click on Connect Hospitable.

  6. You will be redirected to the Hospitable login page. Provide your credentials.

  7. Review the permissions, then click on Authorize Welcora.

  8. You will be redirected back to Welcora. You should now see "Connection to Hospitable is active!" under Actions.
