InnovGuide is a digital guest-experience platform that centralizes pre-arrival, check-in, and in-stay information into a unified, customizable guide for short-term rentals and hospitality operators.

When connected with Hospitable, InnovGuide uses synced reservation details—such as guest information, stay dates, property data, and language preferences—to automatically generate tailored digital guides and support automated workflows like pre-check-in, identity verification, equipment instructions, and local recommendations.

The integration allows property managers to streamline communication by combining InnovGuide’s content and automation tools with Hospitable’s messaging and reservation sync, offering guests an organized portal for essential stay details while reducing manual coordination for hosts.

Get Started on Hospitable

  1. Go to Apps.

  2. Click on InnovGuide.

  3. Click on Get Started. You will be redirected to InnovGuide's website where you will continue the connection process.

Or initiate the connection from InnovGuide

  1. In InnovGuide, go to Applications.

  2. Find Hospitable in the list and click Connect.

  3. Review the integration summary (what is synced and how it works).

  4. Click Start connection.

  5. You will be redirected to the Hospitable login page where you will provide your credentials and then authorize the connection.

  6. After clicking on the Authorize button, you will be redirected back to InnovGuide.

  7. At this point, the integration is already active. There is no additional action required.

    What happens automatically

    InnovGuide immediately starts syncing your Hospitable data in the background, including:

    • All properties

    • Property photos and media

    • Availability and calendar blocks

    • Reservations (new, modified, cancelled)

    • Guest details

    You don’t need to select anything. Everything linked to your Hospitable account is imported automatically.

    The first synchronization may take a few minutes depending on how many properties and bookings you have. Data will appear progressively in InnovGuide as the sync completes.
