For bookings made through Direct Premium in the State of Arizona after August 31, 2024, Hospitable remits and files the following taxes:
Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax: a percentage of the listing price including any cleaning fee for reservations 29 nights and shorter. For detailed information related to transaction privilege taxes, please visit the Arizona Department of Revenue.
County Excise Tax: a percentage of the listing price including any cleaning fee for reservations 29 nights and shorter. For detailed information related to excise taxes, please visit the Arizona Department of Revenue.
Local Transient Occupancy Taxes: depending on the location of the property, one or more local transient occupancy taxes may be applicable, including but not limited to: Transaction Privilege Tax, Transient Lodging Tax, Bed Tax, or Hotel-Motel Tax. This will be a percentage of the listing price including any cleaning fee for reservations 29 nights and shorter. Transaction Privilege Tax generally will apply to all reservations, regardless of length of stay. Any other applicable taxes that are not listed are your responsibility to file and remit to the respective regulatory jurisdiction in accordance with state, city, and/or local laws and regulations. Hospitable will collect and pass through these taxes to you within your payout.
