Localbird is a digital concierge platform that enables property managers to offer guests access to local services and experiences while creating an additional revenue stream. Through its integration with Hospitable, Localbird adds personalized experience links to guest communications such as pre-arrival and welcome messages. Guests can book a range of services—such as transportation, meal services, tours, and wellness activities—directly from their destination. Localbird manages vendor coordination, service oversight, and payments, and property managers receive a commission on each booking.
Get started on Hospitable
Go to Apps.
Click on Localbird.
Click on Get Started. You will be redirected to Localbird's page where you will signup or login and complete the connection.
Or initiate the connection from Localbird
Go to Start by connecting your PMS.
Click Connect.
Select Hospitable.
Click Connect your PMS.
You will be redirected to the Hospitable login to provide your credentials and authorize the connection.
After clicking on Authorize, you will be redirected back to Localbird.
