How to Connect your Hospitable Properties to FloridaRentals.com

FloridaRentals.com is a vacation rental marketplace that connects travelers directly with property owners and managers, with no booking fees.

Currently supported sync includes:

  • Calendar availability and blocked dates

  • Listing content: description, photos, and amenities

  • Rates and pricing pulled from Hospitable

FloridaRentals.com charges a flat annual listing fee and does not charge commissions or guest service fees. You maintain full control of your bookings and guest communication.

Get Started on Hospitable:

  1. Go to Apps.

  2. Click on FloridaRentals.com

  3. Click on Get Started.

  4. You will be redirected to FloridaRentals.com where you will sign in (or sign up) and complete the connection.

Or, initiate the connection from FloridaRentals.com

  1. Login as an Owner on https://www.floridarentals.com/login/

  2. Go to https://www.floridarentals.com/dashboard/hospitable-integration/

  3. Click on Integrate with Hospitable.

  4. You will be redirected to the Hospitable login page where you will provide your credentials and then be asked to authorize the connection.

  5. After clicking on the Authorize button, you will be redirected back to FloridaRentals.com.
