Integrating Hospitable with CohostIQ gives co-hosts and property managers a complete financial and operational hub tailored to short-term rentals.

Reservations synced from Hospitable are automatically tracked, enabling CohostIQ to generate accurate owner invoices with management fees, expenses, and recurring charges, while supporting flexible payout structures like revenue splits or flat fees. With built-in Stripe payments and QuickBooks syncing, bookkeeping becomes seamless, while maintenance workflows, inventory tracking, and a dedicated owner portal keep operations organized and transparent—helping you scale your co-hosting business efficiently.

Initiate the connection from CohostIQ

  1. Login to CohostIQ.

  2. On the lefthand menu, click on Company Admin.

  3. Click on Manage App Integrations.

  4. Click on Configure beside Hospitable.

  5. Click on Connect.

  6. You will be redirected to the Hospitable login page (if not already signed in).

  7. After entering your credentials, you will be asked to review the permissions.

  8. Click on Authorize CohostIQ.

  9. You will be redirected back to your CohostIQ account.
