Integrating Hospitable with SlipStream gives co-hosts and property managers an analytics layer that goes beyond traditional occupancy and revenue reporting. SlipStream continuously reads your Hospitable properties, reservation history, and guest reviews, then analyzes review text for recurring signals across maintenance, service, value, expectations, and guest experience. These insights help surface emerging property issues, prioritize work based on revenue at risk, track booking pace and portfolio momentum, and identify potential owner-churn risks before they become bigger problems.
SlipStream can also compare listing content with structured Hospitable amenity data to uncover missing selling points or contradictory information. Owner-facing reporting and value scorecards help demonstrate performance to clients, while transparent analyses show how each recommendation was reached. SlipStream is read-only, so it turns the data already in Hospitable into actionable intelligence without making changes to your account.

Start from your setup email — or from your account Settings.
The quickest way: open the setup email we sent when you signed up (subject “One more step — connect your Hospitable account”) and click Connect Hospitable. It drops you on the right panel already expanded, so there is nothing to find.Can't find the email? Check spam, or login to SlipStream → go to Settings → Property management system → Connect via OAuth. Direct link here.
You will be redirected to the Hospitable login page if you aren't already logged in.
Review the permissions and click Authorize SlipStream.
You land back in SlipStream and the first sync starts on its own: your properties and listing details, your full booking history, and your guest reviews. A large portfolio with years of history takes a few minutes — the page tells you where it's up to.
Your dashboard fills in.
Occupancy, rates and booking pace appear as soon as the reservations land. Review-driven insights — maintenance risks, listing gaps, guest sentiment — arrive once your reviews have been scanned, which runs shortly after.
