Integrating Hospitable with Hostmix gives hosts an AI-powered operations layer that helps streamline communication, automate routine tasks, and optimize pricing across their portfolio. Hostmix analyzes incoming guest messages and generates context-aware reply suggestions based on your property information, house rules, and past conversations, helping you respond faster and more consistently. Beyond messaging, it automates daily operational workflows such as arrival and departure summaries, task creation, maintenance tracking, and issue monitoring. Combined with intelligent dynamic pricing that adapts to market demand, local events, weather, and travel trends, Hostmix helps hosts reduce manual work while maximizing occupancy, guest satisfaction, and revenue.
Initiate the connection on Hostmix
Login to Hostmix.
If you have not yet imported any listings, click on Go to Listing.
Click on Begin Setup.
Select Hospitable.
You will be redirected to the Hospitable login page (if you aren't already signed in). Provide your credentials.
Review the permissions and click on Authorize Hostmix.
You will be brought back to your Hostmix account.
Click on Import Listings.
Once the import is complete, click Go to Listings and review your imported properties.
Your setup is now complete. You can manage and maintain your Listings from this dashboard.
