Una by Polydom is an AI-powered digital assistant designed to manage guest communication for short-term rental properties. When connected with Hospitable, Una imports property listings, house rules, amenities, check-in instructions, and reservation information through the Hospitable API. This allows the system to respond to guest inquiries using up-to-date listing data while maintaining the host’s communication style.

Beyond OTA messaging, Una also communicates with guests through additional channels such as WhatsApp, an embeddable website chat widget, and AI-powered phone call handling. The system can check availability, share pricing information, and send booking links while supporting conversations in multiple languages.

When a situation requires human involvement—such as complaints or complex requests—Una escalates the conversation to the property manager with full context via email or WhatsApp. By combining several communication channels with automated responses informed by Hospitable data, the integration provides a centralized approach to managing guest interactions.

Initiate the connection from Polydom

  1. Sign in to the Polydom dashboard.

  2. Select Una and navigate to PMS Settings.

  3. Under the Hospitable Settings section, click Authorize.

  4. You will be redirected to the Hospitable login page. Provide your credentials.

  5. Review the permissions and click Authorize Una by Polydom.

  6. You will be redirected back to your Polydom dashboard.
