The system references property-specific information such as amenities, house rules, check-in instructions, and policies when replying, allowing the AI to provide more accurate and relevant responses.
Hosts can choose how automated responses are handled through configurable modes, including fully automatic replies, post-send review, or approval before messages are sent.
Hostomat also notifies hosts through WhatsApp when a decision or follow-up may be required, such as unusual guest requests, new reservations, or detected upsell opportunities. In these cases, hosts can respond directly from WhatsApp to approve actions or provide instructions to the AI. By combining automated messaging with configurable oversight and real-time notifications, the integration helps hosts manage guest communication across multiple listings while keeping control over important decisions.

Go to Apps.
Click on Hostomat.
Click on Get Started. You will be brought to their webpage to continue the connection process.
Or initiate the connection on Hostomat
Sign in to your Dashboard.
Click on Integrations.
Click on Connect beside Hospitable.
Click on Connect to Hospitable.
You will be brought to the Hospitable login page. Provide your credentials.
Review the permissions and click on Authorize Hostomat.
You will be redirected to Hostomat. Select your properties and click on Import Selected.
