It's quick and easy to draft responses to your guests using our integration with ChatGPT AI.
1. Open any guest conversation in your Hospitable Inbox, and click the 'Suggest with AI' button from the Compose section of the screen.
2. Hospitable will only take a few seconds to draft a response based on available data sources. See more here.
3. Once the response is generated, you can review and edit the message before sending it to your guest.
Please review the suggested reply and make any necessary edits before sending!
4. You can also select 'Improve with AI' to rewrite a message, even if it's just bullet points that you provide as guidance.
5. Don't like the new response? Click Undo to go back to the original. When you're ready, press Send!
What information does the AI use when generating a message?
The Suggest with AI feature has access to a great number of data sources in Hospitable, which it uses to draft the best possible reply to your guest.
Even so, make sure you review the suggested reply before sending, and make edits where needed.
The Suggest with AI feature constructs drafts based on:
Calendar availability on the day of checkout for late check-out scenarios
Calendar availability the day before check-in for early check-in scenarios
The date range being inquired about
The thread/booking status
The guest verification status
The property's Knowledge Hub
One relevant host reply to highly similar past guest messages
The AI Guest Summary
Booking details: guest name, number of guests, where the guest is coming from, check-in date, check-out date
When the last message in the conversation was sent
The platform (Airbnb, Booking, etc)
Smartlock context: the code, if already available, or the fact that a code will be provided
Wifi details
Listing details: name, city, directions, summary, description, neighbourhood, house manual (from Airbnb), number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, amenities
All of the active answers within Guest Experience > Questions
Property fees for pets, linens, management, community, resort, extra person, as well as weekly and monthly discounts.

For inquiries specifically, Hospitable's AI will automatically draft a reply so that it is waiting for you in the Inbox as soon as the guest sends an inquiry message. These pre-written AI messages are not sent automatically without your permission; you are fully in control.

What language does the AI use for its suggested messages?
The AI uses your "Fallback Language", found under Hospitable > Settings > Guest Experience.
If the AI-suggested reply isn't in the correct language, then please click the thumbs down icon to report the issue directly to the AI engineering team.
