It's quick and easy to draft responses to your guests using our integration with ChatGPT AI.

1. Open any guest conversation in your Hospitable Inbox, and click the 'Suggest with AI' button from the Compose section of the screen.

2. Hospitable will only take a few seconds to draft a response based on:

  • the conversation with the guest so far,

  • your property details, including amenities you offer,

  • the location of the property,

  • guest information and summary,

  • your active answer templates in Guest Experience > Questions

  • previous replies to similar guest messages in the past,

  • as well as any details that you added to the Knowledge Hub.

3. Once the response is generated, you can review and edit the message before sending it to your guest.

4. You can also select 'Improve with AI' to rewrite a message, even if it's just bullet points that you provide as guidance.

5. Don't like the new response? Click Undo to go back to the original. When you're ready, press Send!

Automatic Drafts

For inquiries specifically, Hospitable's AI will automatically draft a reply so that it is waiting for you in the Inbox as soon as the guest sends an inquiry message. These pre-written AI messages are not sent automatically without your permission; you are fully in control.

Do more with AI

Apart from using AI in the Inbox to craft and improve message, you can also...

Additional AI features coming down the road...

We do not have specific release dates set for these features, but we'll let you know when they're released.

  • Supporting more questions for more automated answers.

  • Generating messaging rules with limited user prompts,

  • Reducing the setup time of many existing features.

  • Highlighting conversations based on sentiment analysis.

Sentiment analysis picks up on how a guest is feeling. By integrating this, we could alert you of conversations when the guest feels particularly emotional or upset.
