Hospitable helps you streamline Airbnb guest reviews in two ways:
Review rules (automated, template-based reviews)
AI review suggestions (personalized, editable suggestions)
Below is how each works.
If you have active Review rules
When one or more Review rules are active for a property:
Hospitable prepares a 5-star review based on your rule templates.
If multiple rules are active, one is selected at random.
The review is automatically scheduled based on the rule’s timing settings.
The prepared review appears in the guest’s Inbox conversation.
Before the review is published, you can:
Click Edit 🪄
Modify the public review
Adjust private feedback
Change star ratings
Toggle between AI suggestions by selecting a rating (Terrible → Excellent)
If no changes are made, the review will be automatically submitted according to your rule’s timing.
If you do not have active Review rules
If no Review rules are enabled for a property:
Hospitable generates a personalized 5-star AI review suggestion.
This suggestion is not automatically published.
You must review, approve, and schedule it manually.
You can find these suggestions under:
Guest Experience → Overview → Pending Reviews
After clicking Edit 🪄, you can:
Change the rating (Terrible → Excellent)
Toggle between alternative AI suggestions
Modify the content before scheduling
Note: AI-generated review suggestions cannot be deleted, but they do not get published unless you schedule them.
Availability
AI review functionality is currently available for Airbnb reservations only (not Vrbo or Booking.com).
