Hospitable enables hosts to automate 5-star reviews for their Airbnb guests using Review templates. However, if you prefer more personalized reviews, we built a new feature called AI review suggestions for you. In this article, we'll cover how AI review suggestions work.
For hosts that have active Review rules
For hosts that have activated more than one Review rule for any property, Hospitable prepares a random 5-star review from these rules and schedules them to get published based on the rule's Timing configuration. You can see this prepared review in the relevant conversation with your guest.
Before a review gets published, hosts can edit all parts of it, from private feedback to ratings. Once you click the Edit πͺ button, you'll find new rating options at the top that ask you to rate a guest from Terrible to Excellent. Clicking any of these options will help you toggle between multiple AI review suggestions and other suggested actions for the review. If you're happy with a review after editing, you can save it and schedule it to get published at a predetermined time.
For hosts that do not have active Review rules
By default, Hospitable will prepare a personalized 5-star AI review suggestion for hosts that have not activated any review rule for a property. You can see this in Guest Experience > Overview > Pending Reviews. This review suggestion does not get published unless you approve and schedule it.
Once you click the Edit πͺ button, you'll find other rating options at the top that ask you to rate a guest from Terrible to Excellent. Clicking any of these options will help you toggle between multiple AI review suggestions and other suggested actions for the review. If you're happy with a review after editing, you can save it and schedule it to get published at a predetermined time.
At this time, reviews are only available for Airbnb guests (not Vrbo or Booking.com).
