Integrating Hospitable with AllStay.ai enables property managers to centralize operations and automate time-consuming tasks using AI.
Once connected, AllStay.ai syncs your Hospitable listings, bookings, guest messages, and calendar data in real time, allowing its AI agents to automatically schedule cleanings, coordinate with crew, and monitor guest conversations for issues.
The platform creates tasks, suggests responses, and escalates urgent problems, helping you manage more properties with less manual effort while keeping communication seamless between guests and staff.
Initiate the connection from AllStay.ai:
Log in to AllStay.ai and go to the Listings tab. Click the Import Listings button.
In the import dialog, click the Hospitable card.
You'll be redirected to the Hospitable login page (if not already signed in). After entering your credentials, you will be asked to review the permissions.
Click Authorize AllStay.ai.
You will be redirected back to AllStay.ai and will see a list of all your Hospitable properties. Select which ones to import. You can also merge them into existing listings if you've already added some manually or via iCal.
Done! Your properties are imported and bookings will sync automatically. AllStay.ai will pull in guest information, reviews, blocked dates, and message threads. New bookings appear in real time via webhooks.
