Integrating Hospitable with STRcomms replaces spreadsheet-based supply tracking with a centralized inventory system built specifically for short-term rental turnovers. STRcomms monitors stock levels for essentials like toilet paper, trash bags, and coffee, flags items running low before they become a guest complaint, and gives cleaning crews a clear framework for logging supply usage after every turnover. Hosts get a single dashboard showing which properties are fully stocked and which need a top-off, without ever having to visit the property or chase down a cleaner for an update.
Initiate the connection on STRcomms
Log in to your STRcomms account.
From the sidebar menu, click Settings, then select the Integrations tab.
Locate Hospitable in the list and click Connect Account.
You'll be redirected to Hospitable's login page (if you aren't already signed in).
Review the permissions STRcomms is requesting, then click Authorize STRcomms.
You'll be redirected back to the STRcomms dashboard, and the system will begin pulling your active listing data automatically.
Select the properties you want to manage in STRcomms and click Import. Follow the setup wizard to set your initial supply inventories and minimum stock thresholds for each property.

Why are some of my Hospitable properties missing?
If you recently added a new listing in Hospitable, it may take a few moments to sync over. Go to the Integrations page in STRcomms and click Refresh Sync to manually pull the latest data from your Hospitable account.
How do I disconnect my account?
Go to the Integrations page in STRcomms, click Disconnect next to Hospitable, and confirm the removal. This stops active syncing, but your existing inventory records inside STRcomms are preserved.
