Integrating Hospitable with HostReady helps hosts and property managers stay compliant with evolving short-term rental regulations without the manual research and tracking. Through a secure, read-only connection, HostReady automatically imports your listings and continuously monitors them against local requirements in more than 850 U.S. markets.
As regulations change, HostReady alerts you to new requirements, tracks permit and license renewals, and provides property-specific compliance checklists so you always know the next steps to keep a listing compliant. With automated monitoring, renewal reminders, and shareable compliance certificates, HostReady helps operators reduce compliance risk and manage their portfolio with greater confidence.
Initiate the connection on HostReady
Click on Install from Hospitable.
You will be asked to sign in to, or create a new account on HostReady.
After creating your account, you will be brought to the Hospitable login page (if you aren't already logged in).
Review the permissions and click on Authorize HostReady.
You will be redirected back to HostReady.
Select the properties to monitor, and pick your plan.
Once payment is complete, you will be brought to your HostReady dashboard.
How to pause, sync or disconnect your properties
Click on your profile icon on the top-right, select Integrations. You will see 3 buttons.
Manage properties - click on that, and you will see your list of properties which you can individually monitor or pause by clicking on the status itself.
Re-sync - your properties are automatically synced, but you can use this to manually force an immediate sync.
Disconnect - completey remove the connection between your Hospitable account and HostReady.
