The platform also monitors city regulations in real time and alerts hosts the moment something changes, tracks permit expiry dates with color-coded warnings, and gives hosts an AI compliance assistant that knows their specific property and situation. Instead of relying on generic compliance guides, hosts get answers based on who they are and where they operate.
Initiate the connection on STR Comply
Log in to your STR Comply account. If you're new, click Get Started to create a free account — no credit card required.
From your Compliance Dashboard, click Integrations in the left sidebar.
On the Connected Apps page, find Hospitable and click Connect.
You'll be redirected to Hospitable's login page. Sign in with the account that manages your listings.
Review the permissions STR Comply is requesting (viewing your property details, including location, description, capacity, and amenities), then click Authorize STR Comply.
You'll be redirected back to STR Comply with a confirmation message, and your properties will start syncing automatically — this takes under 30 seconds.
Back on your Compliance Dashboard, each synced property shows a Complete Setup button. Click it, answer a few questions about your specific situation, and STR Comply generates your personalized compliance checklist.
If you add new properties in Hospitable later, return to the Integrations page and click Sync Now to pull them in immediately.
