Integrating Hospitable with STR Loophole helps self-managing short-term rental owners maintain the records needed to support material participation claims throughout the year.
Once connected, STR Loophole syncs reservation data from Hospitable to calculate average length of stay, provide context for logged work, and automatically record guest communication as participation time. Hosts can track hours for cleaning, maintenance, restocking, and other operational tasks, attach supporting evidence, and monitor owner stays or blocked dates that may affect eligibility.
With property-level reporting for stay tests and participation tests, STR Loophole helps hosts stay organized, reduce manual recordkeeping, and give their CPA clearer documentation at tax time.
