Integrating Hospitable with STR TV transforms your in-unit televisions into a fully branded, interactive guest experience that enhances communication and drives additional revenue. With automated, personalized welcome screens, digital house guides, and local recommendations displayed directly on the TV, guests get everything they need without searching through messages or manuals. STR TV also promotes upsells and direct bookings through on-screen prompts and QR codes, while syncing seamlessly with your operations to deliver a hands-off, scalable solution that elevates your brand and reduces repetitive guest questions.

Initiate the connection on STR TV

  1. Register or login to your STR TV account and click View admin portal.

  2. On the bottom right, under Quick Actions, click Connect PMS or Change PMS.

  3. Select Hospitable.

  4. You will be redirected to the Hospitable login page to provide your credentials, if you aren't already logged in.

  5. Review the permissions then click on Authorize STR TV.

  6. You will be redirected back to STR TV.

  7. On the bottom right, under Quick Actions, click Import Property from PMS. Once connected, reservation data will be synced.

  8. Under a property name, click on Connect a TV. Complete the next steps to connect your device.
