Connect Hospitable with GuestArrive to Automate Compliance in Greece

Integrating Hospitable with GuestArrive helps property owners and managers in Greece reduce the administrative work required to stay compliant with local hospitality regulations. GuestArrive automates mandatory guest information collection, calculates required taxes such as climate tax, lodging tax, and VAT, and submits rental declarations to government authorities accurately and on time. The platform also supports automatic issuance of legal myDATA receipts, invoices, and tax documents, while offering multi-property and multi-tax-ID support for businesses, individual hosts, and management companies. With audit logs, reminders, customizable forms, and reporting for revenue, taxes, and platform fees, GuestArrive helps operators save time, reduce errors, and maintain compliance across their portfolio.

Initiate the connection on GuestArrive

  1. Login to your GuestArrive account.

  2. Click on Channels & PMS in the menu.

  3. Click on + Connect beside Hospitable.

  4. On the next page, click on Create New Connection.

  5. You will be redirected to Hospitable’s authorization page. If you are not already logged in to Hospitable in your browser, you will be asked to sign in first — make sure you use the Hospitable account that manages your listings.

  6. On the authorization page you can review exactly what access GuestArrive is requesting (viewing your properties and listings, reservation details and reservation financials). To complete the connection, click the Authorize GuestArrive button.

  7. After authorizing, you are automatically returned to GuestArrive and the message “Your changes have been successfully saved” confirms that the connection has been created. Your new connection now appears in the Connections list. Your properties are imported automatically.

Please note that it can take up to 48 hours after the connection is added for the channels of each property to be retrieved, as they are identified from your incoming reservations. You can also use the “Update properties” button at any time to re-fetch your properties from Hospitable, for example after adding a new listing.

If this is the first Channel Manager/PMS or Channel in GuestArrive then your connection with Hospitable has been completed and your reservations and properties will synchronize with GuestArrive. Otherwise, please see our article on Mapping Hospitable properties to GuestArrive properties.
