Connect Hospitable with Nofie to Give Travelers More Ways to Book Direct

Show your direct booking site alongside Airbnb and Vrbo with real nightly prices, while keeping your entire portfolio synchronized automatically through Hospitable.

Written by Frances Rebollido

Integrating Hospitable with Nofie gives hosts another place to showcase their properties while making their direct booking option easier for travelers to discover. Nofie is a vacation rental marketplace that shows guests the different ways a property can be booked — including the host’s own direct booking site alongside its Airbnb and Vrbo listings — with the actual nightly price for each option. Once a guest chooses where to book, Nofie redirects them to that channel and does not participate in the transaction. Connecting Hospitable automatically brings your portfolio into Nofie and keeps property and channel inventory synchronized, eliminating the need to maintain listings separately or configure properties one by one. The integration works the same way whether you manage a single property or hundreds of units.

Nofie is completely free for hosts: there is no connection fee, listing fee, subscription tier, per-property cost, or booking commission. Guests also pay no Nofie booking fee.

Initiate the connection on Nofie

  1. Login to your Nofie account.

  2. Click on the Get Started button in the middle of the page, or the Add New Listing dropdown on the top-right.

  3. Click on Use my PMS.

  4. Click on Select Hospitable from the list.

  5. Click on Sync with Hospitable.

  6. You will be brought to the Hospitable login page (if you aren't already logged in).

  7. Review the permissions, and click on Authorize Nofie.

  8. You will be redirected back to your Nofie My Listings with a banner at the top "Hospitable connected. Your properties will appear here as they import."
