You can manage whether your property is listed or unlisted on Airbnb, directly from Hospitable. This is helpful if you’re getting a new listing ready to go live, taking a short break from hosting, or removing a property from Airbnb altogether.
Currently, this feature is only supported for Airbnb.
How to list or unlist a property
You can manage your Airbnb listing status from the Merge and Match page of your property.
Here’s how:
Go to Properties.
Select the property you'd like to update.
From the Merge and Match page, find the Airbnb listing.
Select List or Unlist, depending on the current state of the listing.
When unlisting a property from within Hospitable, you’ll be prompted to answer a few required questions from Airbnb before the process can be completed.
Why can't I list my listing?
If you run into an error while trying to list your property, it’s often due to the listing’s status or missing information on Airbnb. Here are a few things to check:
Missing information: Airbnb may block a listing from going live if key details are missing. Check your Hosting Notifications from Connected Accounts to see if there are any incomplete fields related to your account or listing.
Listing quality status: If your listing has been paused or suspended by Airbnb, it can’t be listed through Hospitable. From the Merge & Match page, your Listing Quality Status may indicate the presence of issues that may need to be resolved before the listing can go live.
