Integrating Hospitable with ForVue gives hosts and property managers a predictive maintenance platform designed specifically for short-term rentals. Through a secure, read-only OAuth connection, ForVue automatically discovers your properties and analyzes critical systems such as HVAC, water heaters, electrical, and plumbing components using its proprietary risk-scoring model. Daily dashboards highlight components at risk of failure, helping you schedule maintenance and replacements during booking gaps rather than during guest stays.
With failure forecasting, capital planning reports, appliance identification tools, and portfolio-wide maintenance insights, ForVue helps operators reduce emergency repairs, protect guest satisfaction, and make smarter long-term maintenance decisions across their portfolio.
Initiate the connection on ForVue
Click on the gear icon (⚙️) on the top-right of your ForVue account.
Under Settings, click on Integrations.
Click Hospitable, then Connect.
You will be redirected to the Hospitable login screen (if you aren't already logged in).
Review the permissions and click on Authorize ForVue.
The sync will automatically start. The Hospitable integration card should show a green Connected state with a Last sync timestamp.
