Connect Hospitable with Crew to Automate Trash and Recycling Bin Services

Crew Home App provides automated can-to-curb trash and recycling services for short-term rental properties, handling bin placement before municipal pickup and returning bins after collection.

When integrated with Hospitable, reservation and property information can be used to help align service scheduling with active bookings, reducing the need to coordinate trash handling with cleaners, guests, or maintenance staff.

The service also offers on-demand removal options, giving property managers an additional operational option to maintain cleanliness and consistency across properties while minimizing manual oversight.

Get started on Hospitable

  1. Go to Apps.

  2. Click on Crew.

  3. Click on Get Started. You will be redirected to the Crew Home App where you will continue the connection flow.

Or initiate the connection from Crew Home App

  1. After creating your Crew account click on Connect Hospitable.

  2. You will be redirected to the Hospitable login page to enter your credentials and then authorize the connection for Crew.

  3. After clicking on Authorize, you will be redirected back to the Crew Home App.

  4. Click on Sync Properties.

  5. Click Include on the property you want to import. You can filter by one or multiple cities, states, property types, room types.

  6. Click on Finish Setup to provide all necessary details like trash day, desired start date, and more.
