Access the Task Calendar

To access the task calendar:

  1. Go to Calendar.

  2. In the top right, change to Task view.

Assigned and unassigned tasks on the calendar

Tasks appear on the calendar as rounded pills. You can click on any task in the calendar to view more information about it, or to edit or remove it.

  • Assigned tasks: When a task has been assigned to a teammate, you’ll see the teammate’s name. It may or may not be colored, depending on whether the teammate has accepted the task (see the section on Task assignment responses on the calendar below).

  • Unassigned tasks: When a task has not yet been assigned to a teammate, it's shown as gray with an alert icon. This makes unassigned tasks easy to spot so you can assign a teammate to them.

Task assignment responses on the calendar

The task calendar will reflect whether a task is still waiting on a teammate response or if it has been accepted or declined.

  • Pending tasks: Tasks that a teammate has not yet accepted or declined are shown as white with a colored border, with the teammate name.

  • Accepted tasks: Tasks that a teammate has accepted are shown as fully colored with the teammate name.

  • Declined tasks: Tasks that a teammate has declined are shown as gray with an alert icon, just like unassigned tasks. This helps you quickly identify tasks that need to be reassigned.

Days with multiple tasks

When there are multiple tasks on the same day, the calendar will show a pill with the number of tasks. Clicking it will show you all the tasks currently created for that day.
