The new Search feature is currently available to beta users. If you wish to enable this, turn on Beta Features.
Search lets hosts quickly navigate Hospitable, find properties, open specific pages, and trigger actions without clicking through multiple pages or menus.
You can open it from anywhere in the app and use it to jump directly to the page or action you need.
Open Search
You can open Search using a keyboard shortcut or from the navigation menu.

From the menu
Click Search in the main navigation menu.
Navigate throughout Hospitable
Use Search to jump directly to pages across Hospitable. Start typing the name of a property or section to see suggestions. For example:
Inbox
Calendar
Guest experience
Rules
You can also navigate directly to deep pages inside a property, such as:
Availability
Pricing
Property details
Instant Book settings
This allows you to skip multiple clicks and open the exact page you need.
Search and open properties
You can search across your properties directly. Start typing the property name and select it from the results to open the property overview page.
You may also see suggestions for specific pages within that property, allowing you to jump directly to settings like pricing or availability.
Run quick actions
Search also allows you to perform common actions without navigating to the page first.
Examples of available commands include:
Add property
Create upsell
Create rental agreement
Invite teammate
Connect channel
Create task
Create task notification
Create messaging rule
Selecting a command opens the relevant page or modal so you can complete the action immediately.

You can also search additional Hospitable resources, such as:
Help Center articles
Community discussions
Selecting a result opens the resource so you can learn more without manually browsing the Help Center.
Tips for using Search with your keyboard
Use the arrow keys to move through results.
Press Enter to select the highlighted option.
Press Command + K (Mac) or Control + K (Windows/Linux) again to close it.
