Starting January 1, 2025, short-term rental properties in Western Australia must be registered with the state government, and booking activity must be reported regularly.

Maintain an active registration to operate
Reporting Requirements
Hosts must report booking activity:
Monthly reporting is required
Reports must be submitted by the 5th of each month
Reports must include all bookings, including Direct bookings

Hospitable is working on an integration to support reporting.
Planned functionality includes:
Automatic reporting of Direct bookings
Reduced manual data entry
Improved compliance support
This integration is not yet available. Hosts must currently report bookings manually.
