Integrating Hospitable with OpenRoom helps hosts attract more group bookings by connecting their properties to a travel platform built specifically for friends and families traveling together. Your listings, pricing, and availability are automatically synchronized from Hospitable, reducing manual updates while keeping calendars accurate across platforms. OpenRoom focuses on medium to large homes that are ideal for group stays, exposing your properties to travelers searching for accommodations that fit everyone. In select destinations, OpenRoom also partners with property managers on targeted marketing campaigns and special events to drive additional demand. By combining seamless synchronization with a curated marketplace for group travel, OpenRoom makes it easier to grow direct exposure to high-value group guests.
Initiate the connection on OpenRoom
Sign in to your OpenRoom host account
Use the OpenRoom account that should own and manage the imported properties.
Open PMS Sync
From the host dashboard, select PMS Sync in the Management section. This opens the Calendar Synchronization page.
Choose Hospitable
Find the Hospitable card and select Connect.
Start authorization
Select Authorize Hospitable. OpenRoom will open Hospitable's secure authorization page in a popup window.
Approve access in Hospitable
Sign in to Hospitable if asked, review the requested access, and approve the connection. Keep both windows open until OpenRoom confirms authorization.
Choose and import properties
Back in OpenRoom, review the preselected properties, deselect any you do not want, and select Import properties.
Confirm the connection
When the completion screen appears, select Go to dashboard. Your imported properties will appear in OpenRoom with their sync status.
