Hospitable affiliates share signup links and discount codes for new accounts. To receive an affiliate discount, start signup through the affiliate's link and check that the discount appears at checkout before you pay.
Affiliate discounts apply to your Hospitable subscription, not to guest bookings. Direct booking promo codes are created separately by hosts to offer discounts on guest stays through their Direct booking sites.
Sign up using an affiliate link
⚠️ You must start signup using the affiliate’s link for the discount to apply. Entering an affiliate code manually on the standard signup page will not apply the discount. If you received only a code, ask the affiliate for the full signup link.
Open the signup link shared by the affiliate. You’ll be redirected to the Hospitable signup page with the affiliate code attached.
Enter your name, email, and password, then continue through signup.
At the plan and payment step, confirm that the affiliate discount appears in the order summary. Review the discount amount and how long it applies before completing checkout.
Complete checkout, then finish setting up your account.
Troubleshooting
The discount is not showing at checkout
Check that you started signup using the link shared by the affiliate, rather than the standard Hospitable signup page.
If the discount still does not appear and you have not yet created your account, try opening the affiliate link in a private or incognito browser window and restarting signup. Check the order summary again before completing checkout.
You started signup without the affiliate link
If you have not yet created your account, restart signup using the affiliate link so the code is attached.
If you have already created your account, contact Hospitable Support with the affiliate’s name and code.
Affiliate discounts apply only to new accounts created through an affiliate link. They cannot be applied retroactively to an existing subscription.
