Booking.com allows only one connectivity provider connection per listing at a time. If you have another provider connected, you'll need to disconnect it before connecting to Hospitable.
This guide covers the disconnect step only. For the full connection flow, see How to Connect a Booking.com Listing to Hospitable.
If you are moving to Hospitable from another PMS, see Switching to Hospitable from Another PMS.
Removing your current connectivity provider or imported calendars can affect availability on your Booking.com calendar. Connect Hospitable as soon as you’re ready so your calendar can be managed from Hospitable.
On the Extranet, Click on Account.
Select Connectivity provider.
If a provider is listed, click Disconnect.
Confirm the disconnection when prompted.
Remove imported iCal calendars
Imported iCal calendars also need to be removed before connecting Hospitable because they will prevent a connection to Hospitable. For more detailed steps, see Check for and Disconnect an Imported iCal from Booking.com.
In the Booking.com Extranet, select the listing.
Go to Rates & Availability → Calendar sync. This may also appear as Calendar & Pricing → Calendar sync.
Delete any connected iCal calendars.
Repeat this for each listing you plan to connect.
Connect Hospitable
After the previous provider and imported iCal calendars are removed, return to Hospitable and follow the Booking.com connection steps.
In Hospitable, go to Channel connections → Connect with Booking.com.
Follow the on-screen steps to complete the connection. For complete steps, How to Connect a Booking.com Listing to Hospitable.
If the connection fails
If Booking.com still says another provider is connected, or the connection is rejected:
Confirm the provider was removed in Account → Connectivity provider.
Confirm no imported iCal calendars remain under Calendar sync.
Confirm the property is Open/Bookable and has at least one active rate plan.
