When connecting Booking.com to Hospitable as a channel manager, Booking.com does not allow imported iCal calendar connections to remain active. Hospitable will manage calendar syncing directly, so any existing iCal imports must be removed first.

Before connecting an existing Booking.com listing to Hospitable, you must check for, and remove, any iCals.

How to check for and remove an imported iCal in Booking.com

To find and disconnect an imported iCal calendar:

  1. Log in to your Booking.com extranet account

  2. Click Rates & Availability, then select Sync calendars

The Booking.com iCal sync page with Remove button highlighted

  3. Review the list of calendar connections on this page. If an imported iCal is connected, it will appear here. Click Remove next to the imported iCal.

  4. Confirm by selecting Remove connection.

  5. Once the imported iCal is removed, you can proceed with connecting Booking.com to Hospitable as your channel manager.
