Savvy is a direct booking marketplace for professional property managers. Properties listed on Savvy show the manager's brand, policies, and contact details, and travelers can book through Savvy or contact the manager directly. Hosts keep the guest relationship, and bookings made directly with the host carry no commission.
Savvy charges a 5% commission on bookings made through the marketplace, billed monthly after checkout, with no setup fees or traveler fees. A standard listing is free, and hosts can optionally add a boost for more visibility. Hosts set their own rates.
To list on Savvy, your company must be located in the United States, Canada, or Mexico, and you need to accept online bookings and traveler payments through a secure payment processor. Rates and payments are in USD.
Get started
Sign up for a Savvy account.
Enter your contact information, business details, business address and property count.
Select Hospitable as your property management software in the Import step.
Click Continue.
You will be brought to the Hospitable login page (if you aren't already logged in). Reveiw the permissions and click Authorize Savvy.
You will be redirected back to the onboarding in Savvy. Your listings begin importing.
Review and accept Savvy’s Host Quality Standards, including listing accuracy, honoring the booked rate, consistent cancellation policies and professional guest service.
Choose a subscription level and add a valid credit card.

Billing information is required to publish listings
After onboarding, select Go to My Listings to open your 1 page.
